Absentmindedness got the better of me a couple weeks ago. I left my dear companion, the camera I taught myself photography with, the camera that has been all over the world with me, the camera with the half-broken light-meter, the camera I have used “on loan” from my sister for the last 4.5 years, in a coffee shop.
The most heart wrenching part is that it wasn’t around to see what it managed to accomplish. Today, one of its pieces of work was selected to be featured on Level & Tap, ready for purchase for any and all willing. Alas, it seems destined for all the greats to be recognised only after they’re gone.
Farewell Pentax Super-A. I hope you have found a new owner to love and care for you.
